Understanding Your Membership

LET'S BE HONEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS AREN'T EXACTLY ANYONE'S FAVOURITE READ! BUT THEY ARE IMPORTANT, ESPECIALLY WHEN IS COMES TO SOMETHING AS SEPCIAL AS CAPTURING YOUR FAMILY MEMORIES

What Your Membership Is All About

Our memberships are designed to grow with you and your family. Think of it as a long-term way to capture all those moments that matter big and small.

When you join, you’ll receive tokens (your “golden tickets” to photo sessions), and you’ll continue to earn more over time depending on your plan.

Here’s a quick recap:

• £29 plan – 2 tokens to start, +1 every 6 months

• £49 plan – 3 tokens to start, +1 every 3 months

• £99 plan – 5 tokens to start, +1 every month

And the best part? Your tokens roll over as long as your membership is active. No pressure to use them all straight away.

Your Commitment (The 12-Month Bit)

All memberships come with a minimum 12-month commitment.

Why? Because we give you tokens upfront as a welcome gift so this ensures everything balances out fairly for both sides.

After those 12 months, your membership becomes rolling monthly, giving you more flexibility moving forward.

Can You Upgrade or Downgrade?

• Upgrade anytime during your 12-month period

• Downgrade after 12 months 

Super simple!

What Happens If You Want to Cancel?

We totally get it life changes.

Here’s how it works:

During your 12-month term:

• If you’ve used your tokens or had a shoot, you’ll still need to complete the remaining payments.

• If you haven’t used anything yet, you can cancel but you’ll lose your tokens.

After 12 months:

• You can cancel with 30 days’ notice

• Any unused tokens will be lost, so we always recommend using them first!

Payments (Nice and Easy)

Payments are taken monthly via direct debit, so everything runs smoothly in the background.

If a payment is missed:

• Your membership will pause until it’s sorted

• You might also be charged by the payment provider

Booking & Using Your Sessions

Booking is easy you can do it online or just get in touch with us.

A few helpful things to know:

• You can reschedule up to 7 days before your shoot

• If something unexpected happens (kids being kids!), we’ll happily rearrange

• Each shoot is designed for up to 8 people (unless it’s an extended family session)

Your Images & How You Can Use Them

Once your shoot is complete, your images will be delivered via your Forever Gallery 

You can:

• Download them

• Share them with friends & family

• Print them for personal use

But there are a couple of important bits:

• Images can’t be used for business or commercial purposes

• They can’t be edited or altered (filters, cropping, etc.)

We retain the copyright, but you get full personal enjoyment of your images

Can We Use Your Photos?

We may use your images for:

• Social media

• Portfolio

• Marketing

If you’d prefer us not to use your images, just let us know before your shoot we’ll always respect that.

Ordering Products

If you fall in love with your images (you probably will 😉), you can order prints, frames, and more.

Just keep in mind:

• Orders are custom-made, so they can’t be cancelled once placed

• Colours and sizing may vary slightly depending on materials

A Few Final Bits

• Memberships are for ages 18+

• We may update terms occasionally (we’ll let you know if anything major changes)

• If there’s ever an issue, we’re always here to help
