Made Just for You

All of our products are custom-made to order, which means:

• Every piece is created specifically for you

• Nothing is mass-produced

• Your images are carefully prepared for the best possible finish

Because of this, once an order is placed and confirmed, it can’t be cancelled.

We always recommend double-checking everything before completing your order just to be safe!

Need to Make Changes?

We completely understand that sometimes you might spot something you’d like to tweak.

However:

• Changes after ordering may involve extra costs

• This is because production often begins straight away

So it’s always best to be 100% happy before you hit “confirm”.

Payment & Ownership

Full payment is required at the time of ordering

• All products remain our property until fully paid for

Once everything is complete and paid, it’s all yours to enjoy

What You See vs What You Get

We do everything we can to make sure your images look incredible both online and in print but there are a couple of small things to be aware of:

• Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen

• Printed products can vary slightly due to materials and finishes

• Digital images may need slight cropping to fit certain frame sizes

Don’t worry we always prepare your images professionally to make sure they look their absolute best.

Retouching & Final Images

The images you see in your gallery are:

• Fully edited

• Carefully selected

• Ready to enjoy

If you’d like any additional retouching, just let us know during the ordering process this may come with an additional fee.

Delivery & Timelines

We always aim to deliver your products as quickly as possible, while maintaining the highest quality.

• Delivery times can vary depending on the product

• If there are any delays, we’ll let you know within 7 days of your order

Checking Your Order

When collecting or receiving your order:

• Please check everything carefully

• If there’s an issue, let us know within 48 hours

We’ll always do our best to resolve things quickly and fairly.

Can Orders Be Refunded?

Because everything is custom-made:

• Orders are non-refundable and non-returnable

• This doesn’t affect your legal rights, of course

• We may use images for marketing or portfolio purposes
