SO WE'VE PUT TOGETHER THIS SIMPLE GUIDE TO HELP YOU FEEL FULLY PREPARED, RELAXED AND READY TO ENJOY EVERY MOMENT

First Things First – We’ve Got You

Our shoots are designed to be:

• Relaxed

• Fun

• Completely tailored to you

Whether it’s little ones, pets, or the whole family, we understand that life isn’t always perfectly posed and that’s exactly how we like it.

On the Day of Your Shoot

Sometimes, things don’t go to plan and that’s okay!

If something unexpected happens, like:

• A child feeling unsettled

• A pet not cooperating

• Or even equipment issues (rare, but it happens!)

👉 We’ll simply reschedule your session no stress, no pressure.

Your experience matters more than anything.

Who Can Attend?

To keep your session running smoothly:

• Only those taking part in the shoot should attend

• All children must be accompanied by an adult

• If you’d like to include extra people, just let us know in advance

This helps us prepare properly and give you the best possible experience.

Tell Us What You Love

Every shoot is unique, and we want it to feel completely yours.

If you have preferences like:

• Black & white images

• Specific poses

• A particular style

👉 Just let your photographer know at the start we’re all ears!

Special Requirements

If anyone attending has:

• A disability

• Medical needs

• Or anything we should be aware of

Please let us know beforehand so we can make everything as comfortable as possible

Running Late? Here’s What Happens

We totally understand that life happens especially with kids!

• Up to 10 minutes late – Your session will still go ahead (it may just be slightly shorter)

• Over 20 minutes late – We’ll need to reschedule your shoot

We always try to be flexible, but timing helps us stay fair to all our clients.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We get it plans change!

• You can reschedule or cancel up to 7 days in advance

• Repeated last-minute changes may affect future bookings

We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, just keep us in the loop.

A Quick Note for Parents

• Bookings must be made by someone 18 or over

• The person booking is responsible for giving permission for any children involved

Your Images & Privacy

Your images are important and so is your privacy.

• Only the person who booked the shoot can approve sharing images with others

• If anyone else asks for access, we’ll always check with you first

A Note on Copyright

All images are owned by Wild Berry Designer Images, but don’t worry you’ll still be able to enjoy and share them personally.

We may also use images for:

• Social media

• Portfolio

• Marketing

If you’d prefer us not to, just let us know before your session we completely respect that.

Safety First (Always!)

Your safety is our top priority especially with:

• Newborns

• Children

• Pets

We’ll guide you throughout the session to make sure everything is safe and comfortable.

Final Image Selection

Your photographer will carefully select the best images from your session to deliver to you.

This ensures you receive a beautiful, polished gallery without duplicates or test shots.

Personal Belongings

While we always take care, we can’t be responsible for:

• Lost items

• Damaged belongings

So it’s best to keep valuables safe during your visit.
