We’ve got exciting news that’s going to change how you receive your images… and we think you’re going to love it.

You know how you used to wait, then suddenly a whole gallery of photos would appear in your inbox like magic? It worked, kind of but it wasn’t always clear when that magic would happen or how many images you’d get at once.

Sometimes it was a full gallery, sometimes it was a few favourites, and sometimes it just felt like waiting.

We’re changing that and making it way better.

📦 Introducing: VIP Weekly Image Drops

Starting now, all VIPs will receive their edited images in weekly batches every Friday, beginning the week after your shoot.

Each batch includes a minimum of 10 beautifully edited images, and they’ll keep coming until your full gallery is complete. We’ll email you each time a new batch is added to your Forever Gallery no guessing, no refreshing, no surprises.

Why the change?

Because we wanted to give you a system that’s:

• 🚀 Faster — Your favourite shots start arriving earlier

• 📸 More generous — Some shoot styles (like newborns, events or big families) now get even more delivered overall, because we can edit and release images without delays or bottlenecks

🗓️ When will I get my images?

We now deliver your images in weekly batches every Friday, starting the week after your shoot. You’ll receive a minimum of 10 edited images per batch, and they’ll keep coming each Friday until your full gallery is ready!

For example, if you have your shoot on a Thursday, you will receive your first batch the following week on Friday!

📥 How will I know when a batch is ready?

You’ll get an email each time a new set of images is uploaded to your Forever Gallery, so no need to keep checking we’ll let you know!

📸 Do I still get the same number of images?

Yes you’ll still receive everything included in your shoot or token plan. The only difference now is that you’ll know exactly when to expect them (every Friday!) and a guaranteed minimum of 10 images per batch. For some shoot styles, this system actually allows us to deliver more images overall, as we’re able to edit and release them more efficiently.

Batch deliveries start the Friday after your shoot, so if it’s been longer than that and you haven’t heard from us, feel free to give us a message and we’ll double-check your schedule.
